摘　　要：目的:分析玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗对眼底病患者治疗的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年5月至2024年6月潍坊眼科医院眼底病区收治的眼底病患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,记录并比较眼底病患者眼压、视力、视网膜厚度等指标的变化情况,比较2组患者新生血管、眼压、视网膜水肿、自觉不适等症状消退时间。结果:治疗后,观察组眼压、视力、视网膜厚度等指标显著优于对照组,观察组眼底病症状消退时间、眼压正常时间、视网膜水肿消退时间、自觉不适症状消退时间均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗对眼底病患者的治疗,能够降低眼压、减少视网膜厚度,促使患者恢复视力,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab on patients with retinal diseases and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 72 patients with fundus diseases admitted to the fundus ward of Weifang Ophthalmic Hospital from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the observation group received intravitreal injection of ranibizumab treatment.The Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after the intervention in both groups.The changes in intraocular pressure,visual acuity,retinal thickness,and other indicators of patients with retinal diseases were recorded and compared.The disappearance time of symptoms such as neovascularization,intraocular pressure,retinal edema,and subjective discomfort was also compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the observation group showed significantly better improvements in intraocular pressure,visual acuity,and retinal thickness compared to the control group.The resolution times for fundus disease symptoms,normalization of intraocular pressure,reduction of retinal edema,and alleviation of subjective discomfort were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravitreal injection of ranibizumab can reduce intraocular pressure,decrease retinal thickness,restore visual acuity,and improve sleep quality in patients with retinal diseases.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
