鼻腔扩容术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析鼻腔扩容术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的治疗效果及对鼾声的临床影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2024年1月赤壁市人民医院收治的OSAHS患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采取下鼻甲黏膜下局部切除术治疗,观察组采取鼻腔扩容术治疗。比较2组疗效、睡眠质量、鼻通气功能、打鼾情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.7%,对照组为81.8%,观察组高于对照组;治疗后6个月,观察组患者EPworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、呼吸暂停通气指数(AHI)均低于对照组的;观察组患者鼻阻力、鼻塞视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组;观察组患者鼾声问卷(SOS)评分、鼾声指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:通过鼻腔扩容术治疗OSAHS,对患者疾病改善效果好,可改善鼻通气功能及睡眠质量,改善了打鼾情况。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of nasal cavity expansion surgery on patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and its clinical impact on snoring.Methods:A total of 88 OSAHS patients admitted to Chibi City People′s Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group underwent submucosal resection of the inferior turbinate,while the observation group underwent nasal expansion surgery.Compare the efficacy,sleep quality,nasal ventilation function,and snoring situation between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.7%,while the control group was 81.8%,with the observation group being higher rate than the control group;Six months after treatment,the EPworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and Apnea Hypopnea Index(AHI)of the observation group were all lower than those in the control group;The observation group had lower nasal resistance,visual analog scale(VAS)scores for nasal congestion,snoring questionnaire(SOS)scores,and snoring index than the control group;The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal expansion surgery for OSAHS has a good effect on improving the Patient′s disease,improving nasal ventilation function and sleep quality,and alleviating snoring conditions.
