运动疗法辅助治疗精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究运动辅助治疗对精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍患者的影响作用。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年1月厦门市仙岳医院收治的精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上辅以运动疗法,评价比较2组治疗后PANSS评分、MOS评分、认知功能评分。结果:治疗后2组患者PANSS评分降低,MOS评分正相关条目升高、负相关条目降低,并且观察组改变更为显著;认知功能评分升高,并且观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用运动疗法辅助治疗精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍患者可有效降低患者PANSS评分、MOS评分,提高睡眠质量和认知水平。Objective:To investigate the impact of exercise assisted therapy on patients with schizophrenia complicated with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 74 patients with schizophrenia-complicated with sleep disorders admitted to Xianyue Hospital in Xiamen from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,.with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received exercise therapy in addition to conventional quality.The PANSS score,MOS score,and cognitive function score were evaluated and compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,the positive correlation items of MOS scores increased,and the negative correlation items decreased,and the changes in the observation group were more significant;The cognitive function score increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of exercise therapy as an adjunctive therapy for patients with schizophrenia complicated with sleep disorders can effectively reduce PANSS score and MOS score,improve sleep quality and cognitive level.
