引导认知全身麻醉联合神经阻滞干预对老年术后患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:引导认知全身麻醉联合神经阻滞干预对老年术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年5月至2024年5月淄博市沂源县人民医院麻醉科收治的老年疾病且需要手术治疗患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规全身麻醉联合神经阻滞干预,观察组实施引导认知全身麻醉联合神经阻滞干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:引导认知全身麻醉联合神经阻滞干预可避免老年患者术后出现睡眠不佳等问题,同时对于主观情绪有良好调节作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of cognitive general anesthesia combined with nerve block intervention on sleep quality in elderly postoperative patients.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients requiring surgical treatment admitted to the Anesthesiology Department of Yiyuan County People′s Hospital in Zibo City from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received conventional general anesthesia combined with nerve block intervention,while the observation group received guided cognitive general anesthesia combined with nerve block intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups,and the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score,SAS score,and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guiding cognitive general anesthesia combined with nerve block intervention can prevent postoperative problems such as poor sleep in elderly patients,and has a good regulating effect on subjective emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
