中药熏蒸联合康复训练护理对脊髓损伤患者生命质量和睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中药熏蒸联合康复训练护理对脊髓损伤患者生命质量和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年1月福建省龙岩市中医院收治的脊髓损伤患者76例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组接受康复训练护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受中药熏蒸护理,比较2组患者肌张力、生命质量及睡眠质量。结果:护理后,观察组肌张力较对照组更低(P<0.05),生命质量评分高于对照组,睡眠质量指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合康复训练护理干预,可以显著改善脊髓损伤患者下肢肌张力,提高患者生命质量及睡眠质量,具有较高的临床推广意义。Objective:To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training nursing on the quality of life and sleep of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 76 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to Longyan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Fujian Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different nursing methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation nursing in addition to the control group.The muscle tension,quality of life,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After nursing,the muscle tension of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the sleep quality index score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and rehabilitation training nursing intervention can significantly improve lower limb muscle tension,enhance the quality of life and sleep of patients with spinal cord injury,and has high clinical significance for promotion.
