乌灵胶囊联合佐匹克隆治疗原发性失眠的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌灵胶囊联合佐匹克隆治疗原发性失眠(PI)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年6月至2024年6月山东省齐河县人民医院神经内科收治的100例PI患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予佐匹克隆,观察组给予乌灵胶囊联合佐匹克隆治疗,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、睡眠质量、睡眠状况、睡眠指标及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率94.00%,对照组总有效率78.00%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分、睡眠状况量表(SRSS)评分较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗后2组快速眼动睡眠(REM)、睡眠效率(TST/TIB)升高(P<0.05),觉醒次数减少(P<0.05),觉醒时间缩短(P<0.05),睡眠潜伏期(SL)下降(P<0.05),且观察组REM、TST/TIB较对照组更高(P<0.05),觉醒次数更少(P<0.05),觉醒时间更短(P<0.05),SL更低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为28.00%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合佐匹克隆治疗PI患者,可提高临床疗效,改善患者睡眠质量,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Wuling capsules and zopiclone in the treatment of primary insomnia(PI)patients.Methods:A total of 100 PI patients from June 2021 to June 2024 who were admitted to Qihexian People′s Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases,Wuling capsules and zopiclone)and the control group(50 cases,zopiclone).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome points,sleep quality,sleep status,sleep indicators,and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 78.00%.The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Sleep Status Scale(SRSS)scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparison with the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the rapid eye movement sleep(REM)and sleep efficiency(TST/TIB)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),the number of awakenings was decreased(P<0.05),awakening time was reduced(P<0.05),and sleep latency(SL)was decreased(P<0.05).In comparison with the control group,the REM and TST/TIB in the observation group were higher(P<0.05),awakenings were fewer(P<0.05),awakening time was shorter(P<0.05),SL was lower(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse events,in comparison with the control group(28.00%),the observation group(10.00%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Wuling capsules and zopiclone in the treatment of PI patients can improve clinical efficacy,improve patient sleep quality,and demonstrate higher safety.
