健康促进模式的心肺康复护理对冠心病合并呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康促进模式的心肺康复护理对冠心病合并呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年6月莆田学院附属医院收治的80例冠心病合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规康复指导,观察组采取健康促进模式的心肺康复护理。评价及比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量、睡眠障碍评分、不良睡眠发生率以及活动耐力和机体疲乏程度。结果:观察组睡眠质量、睡眠障碍评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良睡眠发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的活动耐力和机体疲乏程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取健康促进模式的心肺康复护理干预,可提高冠心病合并呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量,为较好心肺康复效果奠定基础,明显改善患者活动耐力以及机体疲乏情况,能实现较好疾病管理护理目标。Objective:To explore the impact of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on the Health Promotion Model on the sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated by respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with(CHD)complicated by respiratory failure admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from February 2021 to June 2022,were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(40 patients each).The control group received routine rehabilitation guidance,and the observation group received cardiopulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on the Health Promotion Model.The sleep quality,sleep disorder scores,incidence of poor sleep,activity endurance,and degree of physical fatigue of the two groups were evaluated and compared before and after nursing.Results:The sleep quality and sleep disorder scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of poor sleep in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activity endurance and degree of physical fatigue of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the Health Promotion Model can improve the sleep quality of patients with CHD complicated by respiratory failure,lay a foundation for better cardiopulmonary rehabilitation effects,significantly improve the activity endurance and physical fatigue,and achieve better disease management and nursing goals.
