摘　　要：目的:探究快速康复外科理念对股骨粗隆间骨折围术期患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2024年3月福建省武夷山市立医院骨科70例股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以快速康复外科理念,比较2组围手术期相关指标(显性失血量、输血量、首次下地时间、住院时间、并发症发生率)及睡眠质量变化。结果:观察组围手术期显性失血量、输血量、首次下地时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表7个维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨粗隆间骨折围术期中应用快速康复外科理念,可以优化围手术期相关指标,显著改善睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the impact of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on the sleep quality of patients with intertrochanteric femur fractures during the perioperative period.Methods:A total of 70 patients undergoing surgery for intertrochanteric fractures at the Department of Orthopaedics,Mount Wuyi Municipal Hospital,from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as study subjects.The samples were divided into control and observation groups using an odd-even number method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.Perioperative related indices(visible blood loss,transfusion volume,time to first mobilization,hospitalization time,complication rate)and sleep quality changes were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed better perioperative outcomes in terms of visible blood loss,blood transfusion volume,time to first ambulation,hospital stay,and complication rate compared to the control group(P<0.05).One week after the operation,the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower across all seven dimensions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of intertrochanteric fractures can optimize perioperative related indices and significantly improve sleep quality.
