基于赋能理念的协同式护理对急性喘息性支气管炎患儿睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究基于赋能理念的协同式护理对急性喘息性支气管炎患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年3月至2024年1月福建省晋江市医院/上海市第六人民医院福建医院收治的78例急性喘息性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象。应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于赋能理念的协同式护理。比较2组症状持续时间、护理前后睡眠质量、患儿家长护理总满意率。结果:观察组症状持续时间短于对照组,睡眠质量优于对照组,且患儿家长的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在急性喘息性支气管炎患儿的护理工作中,实施基于赋能理念的协同式护理模式,能够有效缩减患儿的症状持续时长,优化其睡眠质量,并取得患儿家长对护理工作的满意评价。Objective:To explore the effect of empowerment-based collaborative nursing on the sleep quality of children with acute asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 78 children with acute asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Jinjiang Hospital(Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital Fujian Hospital)in Fujian Province from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received collaborative care based on empowerment concepts.The duration of symptoms,sleep quality before and after nursing care,and overall satisfaction rate of parents with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited shorter symptom duration,better sleep quality,and a higher overall satisfaction rate among parents compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing work of children with acute asthmatic bronchitis,the implementation of empowerment-based collaborative nursing can effectively reduce the duration of symptoms,improve sleep quality,and achieve satisfactory evaluations from parents regarding the nursing care.
