三时段多模式术中保温联合语言唤醒干预对胶质瘤预后及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究开展三时段多模式术中保温护理联合语言唤醒护理对胶质瘤手术患者术中体温、术后睡眠以及术后恢复情况的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的胶质瘤手术患者94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组实施常规护理支持,观察组开展三时段多模式术中保温护理联合语言唤醒护理。针对2组术中体温、术后睡眠以及术后恢复时间进行统计。结果:观察组PSQI评分较对照组低;术中体温统计,观察组术中体温较对照组高;睁眼时间、拔管时间、自主呼吸恢复时间,观察组均较短;术后恢复早期患者每日睡眠时间、夜间觉醒次数以及入睡时间对比,观察组均具备优势,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对胶质瘤手术患者护理时开展三时段多模式术中保温护理联合语言唤醒护理可以对术中低体温预防,促使术后迅速恢复,提升患者睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effects of three period multimodal intraoperative insulation nursing combined with verbal awakening nursing on intraoperative body temperature,postoperative sleep,and postoperative recovery in the care of glioma surgery patients.Methods:A total of 94 glioma surgery patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 47 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing support,while the observation group received three-phase multimodal intraoperative warming care combined with verbal awakening care.Intraoperative body temperature,postoperative sleep,and postoperative recovery time were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had lower PSQI scores compared to the control group.In terms of intraoperative body temperature,the observation group maintained higher body temperatures during surgery.The observation group also showed shorter eye-opening time,extubation time,and spontaneous breathing recovery time.In the early postoperative recovery phase,the observation group had advantages in daily sleep duration,nighttime awakening frequency,and sleep latency,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of three period multimodal intraoperative insulation nursing and verbal awakening nursing in the care of glioma surgery patients can prevent hypothermia during surgery,promote rapid postoperative recovery,and improve patient sleep quality.
