摘　　要：目的:探讨基于马斯洛需要层次论的干预对类风湿关节炎患者关节功能、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年9月厦门大学附属第一医院风湿免疫科收治的类风湿关节炎患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后疼痛症状的改善效果,采用关节功能评分量表(HSS)比较2组患者干预前后关节功能的改善效果,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组干预前后睡眠质量的差异,采用诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的改善效果。结果:干预后,观察组患者VAS、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,HSS评分、NHP评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:实施基于马斯洛需要层次论的干预可有效提升临床护理干预质量,减轻患者疼痛程度,改善关节功能,利于患者早期获得康复,进而积极改善患者睡眠及生命质量。Objective:To explore the effects of intervention based on Maslow′s hierarchy of needs on joint function and sleep quality in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 82 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to compare the improvement effect of pain symptoms before and after intervention in both groups.Joint Function Rating Scale(HSS)was used to compare the improvement effect of joint function before and after intervention in two groups of patients.Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference in sleep quality before and after intervention in two groups.Nottingham Health Scale(NHP)was used to compare the improvement effect of quality of life before and after intervention in two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the HSS and NHP scores were significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing interventions based on Maslow′s hierarchy of needs can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing interventions,alleviate patient pain,improve joint function,facilitate early recovery,and positively improve patients′sleep and quality of life.
