摘  要:当前对于核电工艺管道布置中T型管路热流动特性及耐热性能优化多采用特征线法,但缺少对管路流体湍动能耗散率的计算,导致热流动特性分析结果不准确,从而导致优化后管路的耐热性较低。为此,提出核电工艺管道布置中T型管路热流动特性及耐热性能优化研究。基于核电工艺管道布置中T型管的基本结构,通过构造流体的连续方程的动量方程计算管路流体湍动能耗散率,由此求取管路的换热数值,结合数值分析法构建管路计算模型,并从主管水平压力和支管水平压力两个角度研究管路热流动特性,从而分析热流动特性与耐热性能的关系,基于此,对管路的材料、结构、热屏蔽和流体动力学进行改进以优化其耐热性能。实例应用结果显示,所研究的方法可以有效提升管路的耐热性能,优化效果较好。At present,the characteristic line method is often used to optimize the thermal flow characteristics and heat resistance performance of T-shaped pipelines in the layout of nuclear power process pipelines.However,there is a lack of calculation for the turbulent energy dissipation rate of pipeline fluids,resulting in inaccurate analysis results of thermal flow characteristics and lower heat resistance of optimized pipelines.Therefore,it is proposed to study the optimization of thermal flow characteristics and heat re-sistance performance of T-shaped pipelines in the layout of nuclear power process pipelines.Based on the basic structure of T-shaped pipes in nuclear power process pipeline layout,the momentum equation of fluid continuity is constructed,and the turbulent energy dissipation rate of pipeline fluid is calculated.From this,the heat transfer value of the pipeline is obtained,and a pipeline calculation model is constructed using numerical analysis method.The thermal flow characteristics of the pipeline are studied from the perspec-tives of horizontal pressure of the main pipe and horizontal pressure of the branch pipe,and the relationship between thermal flow characteristics and heat resistance performance is analyzed.Based on this,Improve the material,structure,thermal shielding,and fluid dynamics of the pipeline to optimize its heat resistance performance.The application results of the example show that the method studied can effectively improve the heat resistance performance of the pipeline,and the optimization effect is good.
