摘  要:一个典型的设备全生命周期健康状态监测与故障诊断系统包括:应力波传感器、数据采集箱和分析软件。其中应力波传感器是协助工业设备诊断故障,提供预测性防护的关键器件。它具有体积小、重量轻、工作可靠、固有频率高、灵敏度和信噪比高等优点。那么传感器本身的频响性能也极其重要,除了传感器内部压电敏感元件以外,传感器外壳的材料和设计尺寸也会产生直接影响。通过理论和ANSYS仿真分析解决传感器外壳结构设计问题进而提高传感器本身的测量精度,在仿真过程中保持单向因素变化,其余影响因素均保持不变,结果显示传感器的外壳壁厚相同,高度越高频率越低,在相同高度的情况下,壁厚越大,频率越高。另外为了使设备的振动更好地传递至传感器,选择合理的安装方式也同等重要,比较推荐的是螺钉连接安装方式。Equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system includes:stress ware sensor,date acquisition and analysis software.The stress wave sensor is a key device to assist industrial equipment in diagnosing faults and providing predictive protection.It has the advantages of small size,light weight,reliable operation,high natural frequency,high sensitivity and signal-to-noise.The frequency response performance of the sensor itself is also important.In addition to the piezoelectric sensitive element inside the sen-sor,The material and design of the sensor will have effect.Theory and ANSYS simulation analysis can solve the problem of sensor shell structure design to improve the sensor itself,During the simulation process,a single factor is kept changing,and other factors remain unchanged.The result is that the shell wall thickness is the same,the higher the height,the lower the frequency,the same height,the greater the wall thickness,the higher the frequency.Choosing a good installation method can make the equipment vibra-tion better transmitted to the sensor,I recommend screw connection method.
