摘  要:为了提高儿童益智游戏中交互系统手势识别的准确度,提出一种基于双Leap Motion光学传感器与改进置信度计算的手势识别优化方法。一方面利用用户头部与腰部的Leap Motion,从两个方向对手势跟踪数据进行采集;另一方面按照改进置信度计算方法,分别对跟踪数据的法线置信度、垂直距离置信度与空间距离置信度进行加权结合,并根据置信度高低剔除质量较差的跟踪数据。结果表明,由所提方法获得的跟踪数据,在手势识别测试中准确率高达95.07%,相较于仅使用一个Leap Motion获得的跟踪数据、未进行置信度计算或仅使用法线置信度计算的获得的跟踪数据,漏识别与错误识别的手势更少,识别准确度更高。系统测试结果表明,采用双Leap Motion与改进置信度进行手势交互优化的系统,相较于仅使用一个Leap Motion的系统,识别精度得到了显著提升,但由于并未涉及较大计算量的操作,用户体感时间没有明显增加,综合效果最好。In order to improve the accuracy of gesture recognition in interactive systems in children’s puzzle games,a gesture recognition optimization method based on dual Leap Motion optical sensors and improved confidence calculation is proposed.On the one hand,the user’s head and waist Leap Motion are used to collect gesture tracking data from two directions.On the other hand,ac-cording to the improved confidence calculation method,the normal confidence,vertical distance confidence and spatial distance confi-dence of the tracking data are weighted together,and the poor quality tracking data is eliminated according to the confidence level.The results show that the accuracy of the tracking data obtained by the proposed method is as high as 95.07%in the gesture recogni-tion test.Compared with the tracking data obtained by using only one Leap Motion,without confidence calculation or using only nor-mal confidence calculation,there are fewer missed and misidentified gestures,and the recognition accuracy is higher.System test re-sults show that compared with the system using only one Leap Motion for gesture interaction optimization,the recognition accuracy of the system using double Leap Motion and improved confidence has been significantly improved,but the user’s motion sensing time has not been significantly increased because it does not involve large computational operations,and the comprehensive effect is the best.
