针刺联合草酸艾司西肽普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合草酸艾司西肽普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的80例脑卒中后抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为两组各40例。两组患者均给予脑血管病、基础病治疗和康复功能训练。对照组予草酸艾司西肽普兰片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上予针刺治疗,两组均治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和Barthel指数(MBI)情况。结果:治疗组总有效率92.50%,对照组总有效率77.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的HAMD评分和MBI评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合草酸艾司西肽普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效较好,可有效改善患者症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and escitalopram oxalate tablets on post-stroke depression.Methods:80 cases of eligible patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.At the first,the patients in both groups were given treatment for cerebrovascular disease and underlying disease and rehabilitation training.In addtion,the control group was treated with oral escitalopram oxalate tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with acupuncture on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Barthel Index(MBI)of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the treatment group and 77.50%in the control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,HAMD score and MBI score of treatment group were better than those of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupuncture and escitalopram oxalate tablets on post-stroke depression is better,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients.
