辨经取穴针刺治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辨经取穴针刺治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将200例符合纳入标准的患者按疼痛点分脊柱型(Ⅰ型)腰痛与非脊柱型(Ⅱ型)腰痛,再随机将每一型分成对照组和治疗组,分别予腰痛常规取穴和辨经取穴治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者腰痛情况均有所改善(P<0.05);其中脊柱型(Ⅰ型)腰痛治疗组总有效率85.71%显著优于对照组的73.47%(P<0.05),非脊柱型(Ⅱ型)腰痛治疗组总有效率87.50%显著优于对照组的72.92%(P<0.05)。结论:采用辨经取穴治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛的临床疗效优于常规取穴。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at selected acupoints based on differentiation of meridians on lumbago with syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood stasis.Methods:200 cases of eligible patients with lumbago were divided into spinal type lumbago(type Ⅰ)and non-spinal type lumbago(type Ⅱ)according to their pain points,and then each type was randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Two group were treated with acupuncture at routinely selected acupoints and at selected acupoints based on differentiation of meridians respectively.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results:In both groups after treatment,the lumbago of patients was improved(P﹤0.05).Among them,the total effective rate of spinal type lumbago(type Ⅰ)of treatment group was 85.71%,which was significantly better than 73.47%of control group(P﹤0.05);the total effective rate of non-spinal type lumbago(type Ⅱ)of treatment group was 87.50%,which was significantly better than 72.92%of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupuncture at selected acupoints based on differentiation of meridians on lumbago with syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood stasis is better than that of acupuncture at routinely selected acupoints.
