摘　　要：农业强省是农业强国建设内容、共同特征和中国特色在省域层面的具体呈现,在农业强国战略布局中具有关键作用。建设农业强省需要立足省域资源禀赋,明确在建设农业强国中的功能定位、发展导向和战略协同,形成具有省域特色的农业强省建设之路。我国各农业大省应把建设农业强省作为战略目标,树立大农业观、践行大食物观,推动分散式小农户与现代化大农业有效衔接,破除构建多元化食物供给体系的资源环境约束,统筹新型工业化、新型城镇化和乡村全面振兴,以进一步深化农村改革探索中国特色农业农村现代化的先行经验和示范样板。Strong agricultural province is specific manifestation of the content,common features and Chinese characteristics of building a strong agricultural nation at the provincial level,and plays a key role in the broader strategy of building a strong agricultural nation.Building a strong agricultural province requires a solid foundation based on provincial resource and endowment,clarifying its functional positioning,development direction and strategic coordination,and establishing a path with unique characteristics of the province.Each major agricultural province should prioritize the building of a strong agricultural province as a strategic goal,adopting a holistic agricultural perspective and embracing an inclusive approach to food production.It is essential to promote effective integration between small-scale,decentralized farmers and modern agriculture,eliminate the resource and environmental constraints that hinder the creation of a diversified food supply system,and coordinate process of new industrialization,new urbanization and rural comprehensive revitalization.This approach will further deepen the rural reform and help explore the leading experience and demonstration models for agricultural and rural modernization with Chinese characteristics.
