老年人社会参与研究回顾和趋势分析——基于Web of Science数据库的可视化研究

摘　　要：研究老年人社会参与对于积极应对老龄化具有前瞻性意义。通过CiteSpace软件对2003年1月1日至2023年9月7日在Web of Science(WOS)核心合集发表的国际学界关于老年人社会参与研究文献进行可视化分析。结果发现:1)发文数量呈增长趋势且与国家(地区)的社会老龄化程度密切相关,学科分布集中于医学等与健康有关的学科;2)高产作者研究内容侧重于健康状况(包括身体健康、心理健康)、(地区、性别、年龄等方面的)异质性、生活质量和生活方式等;3)研究基础侧重于社会隔离、认知能力;4)研究热点涵盖内容丰富,侧重于讨论积极老龄化、社会经济地位(包括劳动参与的影响因素、劳动参与产生的影响、低社会经济地位对老年人社会参与的影响等)、子女和儿童(包括孙辈或邻里孩童的影响、子女的经济支持和情感支持)、社交媒体(包括互联网使用产生的影响、在线社会参与的影响因素、在线社会参与产生的影响、数字素养及相关软件开发)等;5)关键词突现近年来侧重于健康保障、生活环境。未来应拓展潜在因素研究,强化对社会隔离不利影响的干预措施,增强社会支持,将老年人社会参与水平纳入地方政府积极应对人口老龄化能力评价指标体系。Studying international social participation of older adults is of prospective significance for actively responding to population ageing.A visual analysis of the international literature on social participation of the elderly published in the Web of Science(WOS)Core Collection from January 1,2003 to September 7,2023 was conducted by using CiteSpace software,which revealed the following points.Firstly,the number of papers published is on the rise and is closely related to the ageing level of the country or the region,and is mostly concentrated in the sphere of medicine or other health-related disciplines.Secondly,papers written by high-yield authors focus mainly on the health status(including physical as well as mental health),heterogeneity(including the region,gender,and age),quality of life,and lifestyle.Thirdly,the basis of research focuses on social isolation and cognitive abilities.Fourthly,research hotspots cover a wide range of topics,focusing on active ageing,socioeconomic status(including factors influencing labor participation,its impacts,and impacts of low socioeconomic status on social participation of the elderly),children(including impacts of grandchildren or children of the neighborhood,financial and emotional support from children),and social media(including impacts of Internet use,factors influencing online social participation and its impacts,digital literacy,and related software development).Fifthly,Burst items have focused on health security and living environment in recent years.It is proposed that in the future,research on underlying factors should be expanded,interventions on the adverse effects of social isolation should be strengthened,the level of social participation of older persons should be incorporated into the indicator system for evaluating the capacity of local governments to respond positively to population ageing.
