摘　　要：新修订的《中华人民共和国档案法》的实施为国有企业档案管理工作提供了全新的法治框架和制度遵循。从制度重构与创新发展的视角,系统分析新《档案法》对国有企业档案管理的制度重塑,探讨推进国有企业档案管理高质量发展的实践路径。The implementation of the newly revised Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China provides a new legal framework and system compliance for the archives management of state-owned enterprises.From the perspective of system reconstruction,innovation and development,this paper systematically analyzes the institutional reshaping of the new Archives Law of the People’s Republice of China on the archives management of state-owned enterprises,and discusses the practical path to promote the high-quality development of archives management in state-owned enterprises.
