摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略以来,村镇档案管理面临新形势与新要求,亟须进一步规范管理、提升治理能力,以更好地服务保障农业农村现代化建设大局。在系统梳理乡村振兴战略内涵与目标的基础上,深入阐述其对村镇档案资源配置、服务供给、治理能力等方面所提出的新要求。提出通过构建科学合理的分类保管标准、完善系统规范的收集鉴定机制、创新便捷高效的开发利用监管模式、健全全方位立体化的安全防护体系,实现新时代村镇档案事业的转型发展。Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the archives management of villages and towns is facing new situations and new requirements,and it is urgent to further standardize management,improve governance capacity,and better serve and guarantee the overall situation of agricultural and rural modernization.On the basis of systematically sorting out the connotation and objectives of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper expounds its new requirements for the allocation of archive resources,service supply and governance ability in villages and towns.It is proposed to realize the transformation and development of village archives in the new era by constructing scientific and reasonable classification and storage standards,improving the systematic and standardized collection and identification mechanism,innovating,convenient and efficient development and utilization supervision,and improving the all-round three-dimensional security protection system.
