市域社会治理的法治化路径探析

摘　　要：市域是紧密衔接国家与县域的桥梁,市域社会治理作为国家治理的基石,其治理必须在法治化轨道上有序推进才能实质性助推社会治理的现代化发展。现阶段,市域社会治理中仍普遍存在基层矛盾频发、参与主体单一且缺乏参与活力、科技支撑不足等问题,这些困境限制了市域社会治理效能的有效实现。在数字技术融入基层社会治理的背景下,积极探索市域社会治理法治化的实践路径,构建完善的基层社会治理法治体系,有效化解基层纠纷,激活多元主体参与活力,以科技赋能市域社会治理,是推进基层社会治理现代化、法治化发展的关键环节。The city level is a bridge closely connecting the country and the county level.As the cornerstone of national governance,social governance at the city level must be promoted in an orderly manner on the track of the rule of law in order to substantially boost the modern development of social governance.At the present stage,there are still common problems in social governance at the city level,such as frequent grassroots contradictions,a single participation subject with a lack of participation vitality and insufficient scientific and technological support.These difficulties limit the effective realization of the effectiveness of social governance at the city level.In the context of the integration of digital technology into grassroots social governance,actively exploring the practical path of the rule of law in social governance at the city level,constructing a complete legal system for grassroots social governance,effectively resolving grassroots disputes,activating the participation vitality of multiple subjects,and empowering social governance at the city level with science and technology are the key links in promoting the modernization and the rule of law of grassroots social governance.
