摘　　要：新一代人工智能驱动新型工业化,是以新一代人工智能的突破性创新为逻辑起点,突出生产组织在衔接技术创新和产业创新过程中的重要作用,将传统的技术—经济范式变革为技术—组织—产业范式。在变革后的新范式中,新一代人工智能表现出渗透性、融合性和创新性三大特征,决定着新型工业化的实践方向,主要通过生产组织的有效衔接深层次赋能产业基础高级化、产业链现代化和新兴产业成长,形成新型工业化的新生产条件、新生产模式和新动力空间。然而,互补性技术短缺、智能计算生态孱弱、产业数据流通不畅和算力规模扩张的能耗需求增加等因素制约着新一代人工智能对新型工业化驱动作用的发挥。因此,应从技术创新引领、生产组织优化、产业数据融通、能源供给保障和产业政策支撑等方面发力,加快促进新一代人工智能的技术优势转化为推进新型工业化的发展效能。In the new era,it is the key task to comprehensively promote the construction of a strong country,the great cause of national rejuvenation,and the realization of new industrialization with Chinese modernization.With the deepening of the new round of global technological revolution,the new generation artificial intelligence(AI)has become the core technology of the new round of technological revolution and the strategic technology to guide industrial transformation.It plays an important role in optimizing the industrial technology route,reorganizing the factor allocation of industrialization,and promoting industrial innovation and development.AI-driven new industrialization is a new manifestation of the integration of informatization and industrialization.This paper combines technology-economic paradigm theory,and takes the breakthrough innovation of the new generation of AI as the logical starting point,highlights the important role of production organization in the process of connecting technological innovation and industrial innovation,and mostly extends the technology-economic paradigm to technology-organization-industry paradigm.The paradigm of technology-organization-industry follows the basic evolutionary logic of technological revolutionary breakthroughcombination of qualitative change of production factors-deep transformation of industrial structure-improvement of industrialization quality.Its essence is the close interaction and deep integration of technological innovation.In this new paradigm,AI presents three technical-economic characteristics of permeability,integration,and innovation,which determine the practical direction of new industrialization.It mainly forms new production conditions,new production modes,and new power space of new industrialization through the effective connection of production organization,the upgrading and transformation of the industrial base,the modernization of the industrial chain,and the growth of new industry.This paper argues that although the breakthrough development of
