摘　　要：丹栀逍遥散出自《内科摘要》,是在逍遥散的基础上加丹皮、栀子而成的衍生方,多应用于肝郁化火型的一系列疾病。对丹栀逍遥散的临床应用及作用机制进行了文献梳理,发现丹栀逍遥散广泛应用于五官科、内科、妇科、皮肤科、精神科等疾病的诊治,且获良效。同时阐述了其治疗疾病的作用机制可能与抗焦虑、抗肿瘤、抗炎、保护肝组织、改善卵巢多囊样病变等机制有关。其广泛的药理作用为下一步的深入研究提供借鉴和参考。Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder(丹栀逍遥散)comes from Internal Medicine Abstract and is a derivative formula made by adding Mudanpi(Moutan Cortex)and Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus)on the basis of Xiaoyao Powder(逍遥散).It is mostly used for a series of diseases of liver depression turning into fire type.This article sorted out the clinical applications and mechanisms of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.It is found that Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as ENT,internal medicine,gynecological,dermatological and psychiatric diseases.At the same time,the mechanism of treating diseases may be related to the mechanism such as anti-anxiety,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,protecting liver tissue and improving ovarian polycystic lesions.Its extensive pharmacological role provides reference for the next in-depth study.
