摘　　要：肺癌是目前临床最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其高发病率和致死率严重威胁着人类生命健康。尽管临床治疗手段不断完善,但效果仍不尽如人意。中医学遵循辨证论治的治疗原则,因人制宜、随证调方,在改善症状、延缓耐药等方面作用显著,对于复杂恶性疾病治疗具有独特的优势。泽漆汤出自《金匮要略》,具有清热涤痰之功,广泛应用于肺癌的治疗。基础实验表明,其机制可能通过调节多通路靶点发挥诱导细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、抑制细胞侵袭迁移、抑制髓源抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)活性、增强自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞杀伤力等作用。此外,泽漆汤单味药的主要有效活性成分木犀草素、槲皮素、山柰酚、没食子酸、β-谷甾醇、熊果酸、黄芩素、黄芩苷等具有良好的抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑制血管新生、炎症调节和免疫调节的作用。通过整理相关文献,对泽漆汤治疗肺癌的临床应用和基础作用机制进行了综合分析,以期为泽漆汤临床防治肺癌,提高患者生存质量提供有益的指导,同时也为泽漆汤抗肺癌作用机制的深入研究提供参考。Lung cancer is one of the most prevalent malignant tumors in clinical practice with high morbidity and mortality,which poses a major threat to human life and health.Even though great progress has been made on therapeutic strategy,the outcome is still unsatisfactory.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has significant superiority in improving quality of life,delaying disease progression and improving chemoresistance.For malignant diseases,TCM has unique advantages to some extent.Zeqi Decoction(泽漆汤,ZQD),is scattered from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and possesses the effect of dissipating phlegm and clearing heat.It is frequently used in the treatment of lung cancer in TCM.Basic experiments demonstrated that ZQD inhibited the growth and progression of lung cancer through various pathways,such as inducing cell apoptosis,blocking cell cycle,inhibiting tumor cell migration and invasion,reducing the number of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)and inhibiting their immunosuppressive activity,enhancing the killing powder of natural killer(NK)cells and so on.In addition,main active ingredients,such as luteolin,quercetin,kaempferol,gallic acid,beta-sitosterol,ursolic acid,baicalein and baicalin,also play various roles in anti-tumor,anti-oxidant,anti-angiogenesis,regulating inflammation and immunity.This review aimed to summary clinical application and basic mechanism of ZQD in the treatment of lung cancer.Meanwhile,furthermore researches are needed to explore the mechanism of ZQD in lung cancer.
