黄芪干预腹膜纤维化作用机制的研究进展

摘  要:目的黄芪在抗腹膜纤维化(Peritoneal fibrosis,PF)方面具有良好的效果,分析、归纳、总结中药黄芪对PF的疗效与作用机制,为未来PF的研究提供思路。方法检索PubMed、中国知网、万方等数据库中黄芪防治PF的相关文献,分析、总结黄芪抗PF的药理学依据和作用机制。结果依据中医理论和黄芪抗PF的药理分析,黄芪可以通过调节炎症、减少氧化应激、抑制腹膜间皮细胞(Peritoneal mesothelial cells,PMC)发生上皮间充质转化(Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition,EMT)、改善代谢障碍、调控PMC凋亡、调节促纤维化因子来干预PF的进程。结论黄芪中含有的有效成分具有较高的抗纤维化活性,能多方位、多靶点地保护腹膜结构和功能的完整性。Objective Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has a good effect in anti peritoneal fibrosis(PF).Analyzing and summarizing the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)on PF provides ideas for future research on PF.Method The relevant literature on the prevention and treatment of PF by Huangqi(Astragali Radix)was retrieved from databases such as PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang.The pharmacological basis and mechanism of action of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)treating PF were analyzed and summarized.Result According to traditional Chinese medicine theory and pharmacological analysis of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)against PF,Huangqi(Astragali Radix)can intervene in the process of PF by regulating inflammation,reducing oxidative stress,inhibiting epithelial to mesenchymal transition(EMT)of peritoneal mesothelial cells(PMC),improving metabolic disorders,regulating PMC apoptosis and regulating pro fibrotic factors.Conclusion The active ingredients contained in Huangqi(Astragali Radix)have high anti fibrosis activity,which can protect the integrity of peritoneal structure and function in multiple directions and targets.
