摘　　要：肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocytes,TILs)免疫疗法已成为目前最具有潜力的免疫疗法之一,其效果好、不良反应小的优点,使其在临床治疗上越来越受欢迎。TILs是一种存在于肿瘤组织中的免疫细胞,通过直接或间接参与免疫反应,起到抑制肿瘤生长并特异性杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用。中医药在肿瘤治疗领域影响深远,大量研究表明,中药单体如桑黄多糖、雷公藤甲素、青蒿素、甘草酸等,通过促进T细胞、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK)或抑制肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophage,TAMs)、树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)、髓源抑制性细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)、调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)的功能,直接或间接增强免疫细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力,进而起到抗肿瘤作用。筛选总结近年来中药单体调控TILs抗肿瘤的研究成果,以TILs为着手点,详细介绍了中药单体调控TILs抗肿瘤的作用机制,以期促进中药单体调控TILs抗肿瘤的新药研发,开拓中医药在肿瘤治疗领域的新思路与新方法,助力中医药在肿瘤治疗中成功走向现代化之路。Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)therapy has become one of the most promising immunotherapies at present,and its advantages of good effect and low toxicity and side effects have made it more and more popular in clinical treatment.TILs are a kind of immune cells present in tumor tissues,which play the role of inhibiting tumor growth and specifically killing tumor cells by directly or indirectly participating in immune response.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a profound influence in the field of tumor therapy,and a large number of studies have shown that TCM monomers,such as mulberry huang polysaccharides,triptolide,artemisinin,glycyrrhizic acid and so on,directly or indirectly enhance the killing ability of immune cells against tumor cells by promoting the function of T cells,natural killer(NK)cells,or inhibiting the function of tumor-associated macrophage(TAMs),dendritic cells(DCs),myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)and regulatory T cells(Tregs),which in turn exerts an anti-tumor effect.In this paper,it screened and summarized the research results on the anti-tumor effects of TCM monomers regulating TILs in recent years,and took TILs as the starting point to introduce in detail the mechanism of action of TCM monomers regulating TILs,with a view to promoting the research and development of new drugs for TCM monomers regulating TILs in anti-tumor,exploring the new ideas and methods of TCM in the field of tumor treatment and assisting the TCM to go towards the road of modernization successfully in the treatment of tumors.
