摘 要:薏苡附子败酱散(Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder,YFBP)源于汉代医圣张仲景的《金匮要略》,是治疗肠痈脓毒的经典方剂。近几年来,薏苡附子败酱散在各方面的研究逐渐扩大更新,结果显示薏苡附子败酱散还具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、调节肠道菌群、抗肿瘤等药理活性,临床上应用于消化道疾病、妇科疾病、泌尿性疾病以及皮肤疾病等的治疗。在整理总结薏苡附子败酱散化学成分、药理作用、临床应用相关研究进展的基础之上,再根据质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)“五原则”对薏苡附子败酱散中成分进行质量标志物预测分析,结果表明甘油三油酸酯、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱、尼奥灵、附子灵、宋果灵、异荭草苷、异牡荆苷可作为薏苡附子败酱散的潜在Q-Marker,为其临床应用与质量控制的建立提供科学参考。Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder(薏苡附子败酱散,YFBP)is originated from Synopsis of Golden Chamber written by ZHANG Zhongjing,a medical sage of Han Dynasty.It is a classic prescription for treating intestinal abscess and sepsis.In recent years,the research on various aspects of YFBP has gradually expanded and updated,and the results show that it also has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant stress,regulation of intestinal flora,anti-tumor and other pharmacological activities,and is clinically applied in the treatment of digestive tract diseases,gynecological diseases,urinary diseases and skin diseases.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research progress of chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of YFBP,the author conducted quality marker(Q-Marker)prediction and analysis of components in YFBP according to the“five principles”of Q-Marker.The results showed that glycerol trioleate,benzoylaconitine,benzoylmesaconinine,benzoylhypacotine,neoline,fuziline,songorine,issorientin and isovitexin could be used as potential Q-Markers of YFBP,which provided scientific reference for clinical application and quality control.
