红景天的质量控制现状及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：红景天中含有黄酮类、苯烷基苷类、有机酸类、多糖类等多种活性成分。现代药理研究表明,红景天具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗缺氧、抗衰老、抗癌、保肝护肝、减缓轻度阿尔茨海默病症状以及具有潜在治疗帕金森病、重度抑郁病症的药理作用,且有良好的应用前景。在概括红景天质量控制现状以及理解质量标志物概念的基础上,从植物亲缘性、药性、药效、新的药效用途、不同配伍、化学成分的可测性、不同采收期及不同炮制方法、不同产地等8个方面对红景天的质量标志物进行了预测分析,以期为建立红景天中药材的质量标准提供参考。Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma)contains various active ingredients,including flavonoids,phenylethanoid glycosides,organic acids and polysaccharides.Modern pharmacological studies indicate that Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma)has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-fatigue,anti-hypoxia,anti-aging,anticancer,hepatoprotective and symptom-alleviating properties in mild Alzheimer's disease.It also shows potential pharmacological effects in treating Parkinson's disease and severe depressive disorders,with promising application prospects.On the basis of summarizing the current status of quality control of Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma)and understanding the concept of quality markers,this study predicted and analyzed the quality markers of Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma)from eight aspects,including plant phylogeny,medicinal properties,medicinal efficacy,new medicinal uses,different compatibilities,measurability of chemical components,different harvesting periods and processing methods and different geographical origins,hoping to provide reference for establishing quality standards for Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma).
