摘 要:土茯苓中含有黄酮类、有机酸类、苯丙素类、糖类、挥发油类等多种化学成分。现代药理研究表明,土茯苓具有抗炎、镇痛、抗菌、抑菌、降尿酸、免疫、抗肿瘤等药理作用,临床应用前景良好。概括了土茯苓的质量控制现状,从植物亲缘学及化学成分可测性、不同配伍环境、不同产地及不同生长年限、不同加工方法、传统功效、传统药性、药动学、新的药效用途共8个方面对土茯苓的质量标志物进行了预测分析,可考虑将落新妇苷、新落新妇苷、黄杞苷、槲皮素等成分作为土茯苓质量标志物的选择对象,为建立和完善土茯苓的质量标准提供参考和依据。Tufuling(Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma)contains various chemical components such as flavonoids,organic acids,phenylpropanoids,sugars,volatile oils and sugars.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Tufuling(Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma)has anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antibacterial,antibacterial,lowering uric acid,immune,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects,and has good clinical application prospects.This paper summarized the current status of quality control of Tufuling(Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma),and predictive analysis was conducted on the quality markers of Tufuling(Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma)from plant phylogeny and testability of chemical components,different compatibility environments,different origins and growth years,different processing methods,traditional efficacy,traditional medicinal properties,pharmacokinetics and new pharmacological uses.It can be considered that the components such as astilbin,neoastilbin,engeletin and quercetin were selected as the quality markers of Tufuling(Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma),to provide reference and basis for establishing and improving the quality standards of Tufuling(Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma).
