同等学力申请硕士学位全国统一考试组考现状及优化路径研究——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：同等学力授予硕士学位是我国研究生教育的重要组成部分,是培养非全日制研究生的主要方式之一,也是在职人员在职攻读硕士学位的重要途径。从当前情况看,同等学力全国统考组考还存在考生获取信息渠道较为单一、工作组织管理主体较多、组考经费不充足等困难,应从准确把握考试内容和难度,建立风险管理机制,落实培训内容,进一步强化考务人员职责,加强各级管理部门及考生之间的信息传递和沟通,进一步提高信息化管理水平,建立完整的考务流程反馈机制,加强同等学力授予硕士学位的社会宣传等途径来优化同等学力全国统考考务管理工作。To confer a title of master to the students or candidates with equivalent level has been not only an important component of postgraduate education in China,but also a means of helping cultivate part-time graduate students for the country,as well as an important pathway for in-service personnel to pursue a master's degree.However,it is found that there are problems in the administration of postgraduate entrance exam such as difficulties for candidates to obtain information,unclear responsibilities among administrators,and insufficient funds for the exams,etc.Such being the case,to optimize the administrative work of the exam,some measures are to be taken,such as establishing a risk management mechanism,clarifying the responsibilities of examiners,improving feedback mechanism for the entire examination process,and strengthening publicity of the exam,etc.
