新就业群体实现精神生活共同富裕的内在逻辑与优化路径

摘　　要：新就业群体是与新经济、新业态相伴而生的从业者群体,其精神生活水平的充实提高和呈现样态,极大地影响和制约着全体人民实现精神生活共同富裕。实现新就业群体精神生活共同富裕,是以实现人的全面发展为价值旨归的理论逻辑的推进,更是物质文明与精神文明相协调的中国式现代化实践逻辑上的展开。然而,新就业群体实现精神生活共同富裕也面临着多重困境:算法控制引致精神生活消费异化,流量分配催生精神生活旨趣俗化,去组织化消解精神生活的公共性等。为此,必须遵循精神生产理论的基本规律,通过实现精神生产的供需适配、促进精神分配的普惠共享、推动精神交往的互动融通和促进精神消费的结构优化来推进新就业群体精神生活共同富裕。The enrichment,improvement,and presentation of the spiritual living standards of the new employment groups greatly affect the realization of common spiritual prosperity for all people.The realization of common prosperity in spiritual life for newly employed groups is the promotion of theoretical logic with the goal of realizing the all human beings as the value goal,and it is also the logical expansion of the practice of Chinese path to modernization coordinated with material civilization and spiritual civilization.However,the new employment groups face multiple challenges in achieving common prosperity in spiritual life,such as algorithmic control leading to alienation of spiritual life consumption,flow distribution promoting vulgarization of spiritual life interests,and disorganization dissolving the public nature of spiritual life.Therefore,it is necessary to follow the basic laws of the theory of spiritual production,and promote the common prosperity of the spiritual life of the new employment groups by achieving the supply,promoting the inclusive sharing of spiritual distribution,promoting the interaction and integration of spiritual communication,and optimizing the structure of spiritual consumption.
