摘 要:高等教育有规律,办高等教育要遵循规律,我们需要研究高等教育规律。经典的高等教育学教材将高等教育学视为“一门研究高等教育问题或高等教育现象、揭示高等教育规律的学科”,但是未能系统地揭示高等教育规律,没有建立起完备的高等教育规律体系。与此同时,目前的高等教育规律研究还存在两大不足:一是“高等教育规律不足”,二是“不足高等教育规律”。有鉴于此,我们需要重新认识高等教育规律研究:一是重申高等教育规律研究,二是重审高等教育规律研究,三是重构高等教育规律研究。这三个层次是逻辑递进的,没有重申就认识不到重要性,没有重审就把握不住主要矛盾,没有重构就解决不了根本问题。There are laws in higher education,and we should follow the laws in running higher education.We need to study the laws of higher education.The classic textbook of higher education regards higher education as“a discipline that studies higher education problems or phenomena and reveals the laws of higher education”,but it fails to systematically reveal the laws of higher education and establish a complete system of higher education laws.At the same time,there are still two shortcomings in the current research on the law of higher education:one is“insufficient law of higher education”and the other is“insufficient law of higher education”.In view of this,we need to re-recognize the research on the law of higher education:first,reaffirm the research on the law of higher education;second,review the research on the law of higher education;third,reconstruct the research on the law of higher education.These three levels are logically progressive.Without reaffirmation,we can't realize the importance,without retrial,we can't grasp the main contradiction,and without reconstruction,we can't solve the fundamental problem.
