摘　　要：本文通过对盘山行宫档案及相关文献的梳理和分析,对盘山行宫管理的若干问题进行了探究,廓清了盘山行宫的内部管理层、行政隶属、官员品级、俸禄、官员选拔、任用及其职责、处罚和赏赐,分析了盘山行宫在太监、匠役等方面的管理,并对盘山行宫在防卫、失火、失窃、修缮和经营等方面的管理和追责措施进行了深入分析,进一步深化了对盘山行宫管理的诸多认识,填补了盘山行宫研究的空白。This paper explores various aspects concerning the management of the Panshan Imperial Palace through the analysis of archives and related literature.It clarifies aspects of the internal management structure,administrative affiliation,official ranks,salaries,selection and appointment of officials,responsibilities,punishments,and rewards.This paper also analyzes the management of eunuchs and craftsmen,and the management and accountability measures in defense,fire prevention,theft prevention,repairs,and operations of the Panshan Imperial Palace.It deepens the understanding of the palace’s management and fills gaps in the study of the Panshan Imperial Palace.
