万历《会典·冠服》篇纪年考释

摘　　要：万历《会典·冠服》篇收录明初至万历年间各阶层冠服制度,为明代服饰研究必备之史料。先贤多对其纂修、版本、基本体例、史料价值等进行探讨,但从正德《会典》到万历《会典》体例变迁引起的纪年混乱问题,未受到研究者的充分关注,目前仍有未解之疑窦。本文就《大明会典》的体例特征及变迁展开讨论,综合《明实录》《明集礼》《诸司职掌》,以及正德《会典》等史料,考证万历《会典·冠服》篇中各制度前"某某年定"的意义。研究发现其意义分为两种,记述采编自诸书的内容时指原史书的成书或刊布时间;记述采编自各衙门文册的内容时指制度的制定时间。The“Caps and Clothing”chapter of the Wanli Edition of The Collected Statutes(Huidian)recorded the hat and clothing regulations of all social classes from the beginning of the Ming dynasty to the Wanli reign(1368-1620),which provides essential historical material for the study of Mingdynasty costumes.Researchers have discussed its compilation,editions,basic outlines,and its value as historical evidence.However,the chronological confusion caused by changes in outlines from the Zhengde Edition to Wanli Edition has not received sufficient attention from researchers.Unresolved doubts remain.This article examines the characteristics and changes of The Collected Statutes.Integrating historical materials such as Veritable Records of the Ming Dynasty(Ming shilu),Collected Rites of the Ming Dynasty(Ming jili),Handbook of Government Posts(Zhusi Zhizhang),Zhengde Edition of The Collected Statutes,it verifies the significance of the line“established in a certain year”preceding each regulations in the“Caps and Clothing”chapter of the Wanli Edition.The research finds two kinds of significance:when recording content collected from various books,it refers to the completion or publication time of the original history books;when recording content of each ministry’s archives,it refers to the time when the regulations were formulated.
