摘　　要：中宣部、教育部、国家语委、文化和旅游部等八部委启动并实施的“古文字与中华文明传承发展工程”要求“特别是在思想文化研究方面取得突破性进展”。如此强调和突出“思想文化”,是因为对于古文字工程而言,“思想文化”属于边缘学科,是“冷门绝学”,研究难度太大。本文尝试以盘庚迁殷与商代思想文化重构为研究对象,以“礼”与“祀”为观察视角,梳理夏商周三代思想文化传承脉络。这是一个宏大的课题。本文先制定“纲要”,待条件成熟,再全面展开研究。Eight ministries and commissions including the Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee,Ministry of Education,National Language Commission,Ministry of Culture and Tourism,have initiated and implemented the“Paleography and Chinese Civilization Inheritance and Development Program”.It requires“breakthroughs especially in ideological and cultural research”.Such emphasis and prominence on“ideology and culture”is because for the program,“ideology and culture”belongs to a marginal discipline,which is the“esoteric”among“esoteric learnings”,with too much difficulty in research.This article attempts to take the event of Pangeng’s relocation of the capital to Yin and the reconstruction of Shang’s ideology and culture as an object of research,from the perspective of“ritual”and“sacrifice”,to sort out the ideological and cultural inheritance of the Xia,Shang,and Zhou dynasties.This is an immense subject.This article shall first formulate an outline and scaffolding,and then,once the conditions have ripened,proceed to conduct comprehensive research.
