摘　　要：党内政治生态是党风政风的综合体现,集中反映了政治生活现状和政治发展环境。它不仅决定着全党的价值取向、行为准则、理想信念,而且对社风民风有着重要的引领和导向作用,影响着整个社会的健康运转。本文通过结构方程模型对党内政治生态的影响因素进行实证分析,研究发现:党内外关系、党内政治文化均对党内政治生态有着直接正向影响;党内制度和规矩不对党内政治生态产生直接正向影响,而是通过党内外关系作用于党内政治生态。此外,党内政治文化还通过党内外关系影响党内政治生态。基于此研究结论,本文认为,应积极优化党内外关系,坚持和完善党内法规制度,加强廉洁文化教育,畅通沟通渠道,强化党的集中统一领导,突出“关键少数”,着力加强对“一把手”的监督,以净化和优化党内政治生态。Intra—party political ecology is a comprehensive reflection of a party's and government's conduct,which reflects the current political life and development environment.It not only determines the value orientation,code of conduct,and ideal beliefs of the entire party,but also plays an important leading and guiding role in social and folk customs,affecting the healthy operation of the entire society.This article conducts empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the intra-Party political ecology through structural equation modeling.The research finds that the internal and external relations of the party,as well as the political culture within the party,have a direct positive impact on the intra-Party political ecology;the system and rules within the party do not have a direct impact on the political ecology within the party,but rather act on the intra-party political ecology through internal and external relations.In addition,the political culture also influences the intra-party political ecology through internal and external relations.Based on this research conclusion,this article believes that we should actively optimize the internal and external relations of the party,adhere to and improve the party's internal regulations and systems,strengthen education on clean culture,smooth communication channels,enhance the party's centralized and unified leadership,highlight the“key minority”,focus on supervising the“top leaders”,in order to purify and optimize the intra-party political ecology.
