摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,人工智能已成为推动全球经济增长的重要力量。该系统具有数据分析能力强、处理过程自动化程度高和决策准确性高等特点,提高了经济活动效率和效益。但是,经济活动运行方式和参与主体与市场关系均发生了深刻变革。从多个方面探讨了人工智能对经济法功能的影响,并提出了应对措施,以期使经济法在人工智能时代继续发挥保障经济健康有序发展的重要作用。With the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence has become a key driver of global economic growth.The system has the characteristics of strong data analysis capabilities,high automation in processing and high decision-making accuracy,which greatly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of economic activities.However,the operation mode of economic activities,participants and market relations have all undergone profound changes.Then the paper discussed the effect of artificial intelligence on the function of economic law from many aspects,and further proposed corresponding countermeasures to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the economy in the era of artificial intelligence.
