面碗脐灸治疗儿童夜间遗尿症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察面碗脐灸治疗儿童夜间遗尿症的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2024年6月贵港市中医医院收治的夜间遗尿症患儿80例,随机分为西药组和面碗脐灸组,每组40例。西药组给予去氨加压素片治疗,面碗脐灸组在西药组的基础上联合面碗脐灸治疗,每周1次,每次施灸3壮,连续治疗3个月。观察两组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、膀胱容量及膀胱壁厚指数(BVWI)、遗尿次数以及安全性。结果:面碗脐灸组治疗总有效率(93.33%)明显优于西药组(71.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与西药组相比,面碗脐灸组的中医证候积分、BVWI和遗尿次数改善程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未出现明显的不良反应及并发症。结论:面碗脐灸作为中医外治手段,在儿童夜间遗尿症的临床治疗中展现出一定的潜力和可行性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of noodle bowl moxibustion group in the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children.Methods:Eighty cases of children with nocturnal enuresis admitted to hospital between January 2020 and June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the western medicine group and the noodle bowl moxibustion group,with 40 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with desmopressin tablets,the noodle bowl moxibustion group was combined with noodle bowl moxibustion on the basis of the western medicine group,and moxibustion was applied once a week,with 3 strokes each time,and the treatment was consecutively carried out for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine symptom score,bladder volume and wall thickness index(BVWI),the number of enuresis and safety were observed in the two groups.Results:The treatment effectiveness rate of the noodle bowl moxibustion group(93.33%)was significantly better than that of the western medicine group(71.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of Chinese medicine symptom scores,BVWI,and the number of enuresis was more pronounced in the noodle bowl moxibustion group compared with the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noodle bowl moxibustion,as a means of external treatment in Chinese medicine,has shown some potential and feasibility in the clinical management of nocturnal enuresis.
