乡村社会秩序中“后家”权威及其治理效能——基于豫北乡村丧葬仪式的田野考察

摘　　要：当前乡村社会秩序不仅依靠国家法来构建外部刚性框架,更需要民间权威通过特定的仪式和符号构建内部柔性规范,以此来在乡村社会场域中达到和谐共治的善治愿景。在村民的活动中,丧葬不只是通过仪式将逝者的伦理生命延续下去,更重要的是更迭生者的地位和再造秩序关系。在丧葬仪式中,国家法的强制性要求难以符合乡村实践的多重需求,而母亲娘家亲兄弟所形成的“后家”权威则在丧葬仪式中展现了建立柔性秩序、降低“人情负担”、再造社会秩序的治理效能。由此,“后家”权威是乡村治理中的一种重要内生资源,其价值需要予以充分挖掘,从而在既定的治理体制下推动乡村治理机制创新,促进乡风文明建设和移风易俗的顺利开展。The current rural social order not only relies on the state law to build the external rigid framework,but also needs the civil authority to build the internal flexible norms through specific rituals and symbols,so as to achieve the vision of harmonious and co-governance in the rural social field.In the activities of villagers,burial not only extends the ethical life of the deceased through rituals,but more importantly changes the status of the living and reconstructs the order relationship.In the funeral ceremony,the mandatory requirements of the national law are difficult to meet the multiple needs of the rural practice,and the“Mother's brother”authority formed by the mother's family and brothers shows its great role in maintaining the rural social order,protecting the interests of the mother,confirming the social status of the filial son,and rebuilding the order relationship in the funeral ceremony.Therefore,the authority of“Mother's brother”is an important endogenous resource in rural governance,and its value needs to be fully explored,so as to promote the innovation of rural governance mechanism under the established governance system,and promote the smooth development of the construction of rural culture and the transformation of customs and customs.
