摘 要:大理观音独具特色并自成体系,不同于汉传、藏传体系的观音。大理观音身世保持男性身份,显化以“观音伏罗刹”和“观音建国”两大主题为核心,演变过程与地方历史变迁相融,供奉于村落的本主庙或土主庙中,与民众间的关系则经历了从国王的化身到家族的神圣性来源的过程。每年三月十五到二十一是大理观音特有的节庆。大理观音既吸纳印度佛教中与观音相关的经典及东南亚地区观音的造型和内涵,又吸收中国化后汉传佛教体系的观音信仰。最后,再将所吸纳的观音信仰结合本土文化及信仰需求,进行本土化改造。大理观音蕴含着“和而不同”的文化内涵,成为不同民族间交往、交流、交融的纽带。The Guanyin in Dali possesses unique characteristics and constitutes its own distinct system,differing from the Han Chineseand Tibetan Guanyin systems.The identity of the Guanyin in Dali remains male,with its manifestations centered around two core themes:“Guanyin subduing Raksasa”and“Guanyin founding a nation”.Its evolution is intertwined with local historical changes,and it is enshrined in local village temples or earth god temples.The relationship between the Guanyin and the local people has shifted from being seen as the embodiment of the king to a source of sacredness within families.The unique festival of the Dali Guanyin falls between the 15th and 21st of March each year.The Dali Guanyin not only incorporates elements from Indian Buddhist scriptures related to Guanyin and the imagery and meanings of Guanyin from Southeast Asia but also assimilates the Guanyin faith within the Sinicized Han Buddhist system.Finally,it blends the absorbed Guanyin faith with local culture and religious needs through localization.The Dali Guanyin embodies the cultural essence of"harmony in diversity"and serves as a link in the interactions,exchanges,and fusion of different ethnic groups.
