摘　　要：构建了知识所有权系统模型,并实证研究知识所有权系统内部要素的传导路径,根据路径影响系数值分析了贡献值的关系。结果表明:知识所有权系统的五大要素对知识创新均有直接和间接的正向影响,且要素的贡献值呈强弱分布。最后,总结了管理启示并提出知识所有权未来的研究框架。This paper constructs the knowledge ownership system model.Then it empirically studies the transmission path of internal elements of knowledge ownership system,and analyzes the contribution value according to the influence coefficient of this path.The results show that the five elements of knowledge ownership system have direct and indirect positive effects on knowledge innovation,and the contribution value of these elements presents a strong and weak distribution.Finally,it concludes the corresponding management enlightenment and puts forward the research framework of knowledge ownership in the future.
