摘　　要：基于马克思主义政治经济学基本原理及技术经济范式理论,综合运用理论分析、历史案例分析等方法,系统分析了制度创新推进新质生产力形成的机制和路径。研究指出:马克思主义关于生产关系一定要适合生产力性质的规律及技术经济范式理论,为制度创新推进新质生产力形成机制提供了理论基础;新质生产力的形成过程也是一个新技术经济范式建立并扩散的过程,基于此,制度创新主要通过促进技术创新、新质态要素供给等加快新质生产力的形成;三次工业革命的历史案例研究表明,制度创新是推动历次工业革命中当时新质生产力形成发展的关键力量。最后从科技体制改革等方面提出了进一步全面深化改革培育、发展新质生产力的路径选择。Based on the fundamental theories of Marxist political economics and the theory of techno-economic paradigms,this paper systematically analyzes the mechanism and path through which system innovation promotes the formation of new quality productive forces,by using a comprehensive approach that includes theoretical analysis and historical studies.The research points out that:the Marxist principle that production relations must conform to the quality productivity,along with the theory of techno-economic paradigms,provides the theoretical foundation for the mechanism through which system innovation promotes the formation of new quality productive forces;the formation of new quality productivity forces is also a process of establishing and diffusing a new techno-economic paradigm,and based on this,system innovation mainly accelerates the formation of new quality productive forces by promoting technological innovation and supply of new qualitative elements;historical studies of the three industrial revolutions prove that system innovation has been a key force in promoting the formation and development of new quality productive forces during each industrial revolution.Therefore,it proposes a pathway selection for cultivating and developing new quality productive forces through further deepening reforms in science and technology systems and other aspects.
