主体-环境视角下区域创新能力路径形态与演变——基于动态QCA方法

摘　　要：从“主体-环境”视角,将区域创新系统解构为区域创新环境子系统和区域创新主体子系统,并进行模糊集定性比较分析,探究塑造高区域创新能力的路径及其演变。研究发现:高区域创新能力形成路径经历了由企业合作创新向企业自主创新转变的过程;在此过程中,创新环境和创新主体互为支撑;在企业自主创新阶段,知识基础和资源投入是创新环境中塑造高区域创新能力组态的必要条件,而创新主体中没有必要条件,企业的主导作用和稳定性不断增强。From the perspective of“subject-environment”,this paper deconstructs the regional innovation system into the subsystems of regional innovation environment and regional innovation subject,and employs fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to explore the pathways and their evolution that shape high regional innovation capability.The result shows that the formation of high regional innovation capability has undergone a transition from enterprise cooperative innovation to enterprise autonomous innovation,during which the innovation environment and the innovation subject support each other.In the phase of enterprise autonomous innovation,knowledge foundation and resource investment are necessary conditions in the innovation environment for shaping the configuration of regional innovation capabilities,while there are no necessary conditions in the innovation subject,and the leading role and stability of enterprises are continuously strengthened.
