科技政策与创新管理大师帕维特的学术思想与贡献研究

摘　　要：利用科学计量学方法,对Web of Science数据库收录的基思·帕维特(Keith Pavitt)的出版物(共60篇)进行系统分析,并根据其不同时期学术论文的研究主题,描绘其学术思想的演进过程,通过绘制科学知识图谱实现对帕维特学术成果的可视化,总结其学术影响与学术贡献。帕维特的学术贡献可主要概括为四个方面:首次将创新经济学与管理学进行整合发展,进而产生了创新管理这一新兴研究领域;开创了帕维特创新企业分类法;开发了英国第一个全面的创新数据库;参与创办经济管理领域的顶级期刊Research Policy,并担任第二任主编。此外,帕维特在英国萨塞克斯大学科学政策研究中心成长为世界领先的科技政策研究中心的过程中也起到了关键性作用。This paper analyzes the publications(60 in total)written by Professor Keith Pavitt and included in Web of Science based on the scientometrics methods,and describes the evolution of Professor Pavitt’s academic thoughts according to the themes of his academic papers in different periods.By drawing scientific knowledge map,it visualizes Professor Pavitt’s academic research results and summaries his academic influence and academic contribution.Professor Pavitt’s academic contributions can be summarized as the following four aspects:integrating innovation economics and management for the first time,resulting in the emerging research field of innovation management;creating the Pavitt taxonomy;developing the UK’s first comprehensive innovation database;participating in the establishment of Research Policy,a top journal in the field of economic management,and served as the second editor.Besides,Pavitt also plays a key role in the process of SPRU becoming the world’s leading science and technology policy research center.
