摘  要:城市国土空间监测是一项全国性、周期性、基础性的调查监测工作。为控制监测成果质量、提高数据检查效率,结合城市国土空间监测数据的变化范围标注、用地细化和补充等生产流程,依据城市国土空间监测成果质量检查验收方案,对各项质量检查对象、检查指标、检查内容进行梳理,设置检查规则,基于Python语言调用ArcPy函数,自定义通用类库,构建标准配置库和数据检查规则库,定制批量检查工具,对监测数据实施一键式的质量检查,并对检查结果进行分类输出和定量统计,实现成果质量控制的系统化、流程化等功能,成功应用到多个测区的项目生产和质量核查工作。形成的多源数据一致性检查等策略对其他相关数据的质量检查也有一定的参考价值。Urban land and space monitoring is a national,periodic,and fundamental survey and monitoring work.In order to control the quality of monitoring results,improve data inspection efficiency,and combine the production process of annotating the range of changes,refining and supplementing land use of urban land and space monitoring data,according to the quality inspection and acceptance plan of urban land and space monitoring results,various quality inspection objects and indicators are sorted out,inspection rules are set,and the ArcPy function is called based on Python language to customize a general library,build a standard configuration library and data inspection rule library,customize batch inspection tools,implement one click quality inspection of monitoring data,and classify and output the inspection results for quantitative statistics,realizing the systematic and procedural functions of results quality control.The successful application of project production and quality verification in multiple testing areas has formed strategies for consistency checks of multi-source data,which also have certain reference value for quality checks of other related data.
