摘 要:开展“多测合一”改革,是深化“放管服”改革和优化营商环境的重要举措。以南京市正在全面推行的“多测合一”试点工作为契机,在分析国内“多测合一”开展情况的基础上,以某房建类项目为研究对象,对比分析传统测绘模式与“多测合一”测绘模式的工作方式和效率。结果表明,“多测合一”测绘模式实现了测绘成果资料共享,有效提高了测绘效率,避免政府重复投入,验证了“多测合一”测绘模式的可行性,为其他地区类似工程建设项目开展提供借鉴。The implementation of the“Multiple measurement in one”reform is a crucial step in deepening the reform of“streamlining administration,delegating powers,improving regulation,and optimizing services”(known as“Fang Guan Fu”in Chinese)and optimizing the business environment.This paper takes the opportunity of the pilot program of“Multiple measurement in one”currently being promoted comprehensively in Nanjing.Based on an analysis of the development of“Multiple measurement in one”across China,the study uses a specific residential building project as a case study to compare and analyze the working methods and efficiency of the traditional surveying model with those of the“Multiple measurement in one”model.The results indicate that the“Multiple measurement in one”model facilitates the sharing of surveying data,significantly improves surveying efficiency,reduces redundant government investment,and validates the feasibility of the“Multiple measurement in one”approach,which provides a useful reference for similar construction projects in other regions.
