摘　　要：为深入贯彻长三角区域一体化发展国家战略,统筹实施测绘基准建设与服务一体化工作,提升测绘基准的精度与服务效率,根据《长江三角洲区域一体化发展规划纲要》和相关文件精神,对长三角区域内卫星导航定位基准站、国家等级控制点成果进行普查、分析、整合,通过同步观测、整体处理、统一优化,协同构建长三角区域内基准统一、精度一致的2000国家大地坐标系。建立统一的测绘基准,消除区域内各省市之间的地理信息差异,为跨区域的基础设施建设、产业布局等提供一致的地理信息支持。Deeply implement the national strategy for the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta region,coordinate the implementation of the construction and service integration of surveying and mapping benchmarks,according to the Outline of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Integration Development Plan and the spirit of relevant documents,survey,analysis and integration of satellite navigation and positioning reference stations and national level control points in the triangle region,through synchronous observation,overall processing,and unified optimization,collaboratively construct a 2000 national geodetic datum with unified benchmarks and consistent accuracy within the Yangtze River Delta region.Establish a unified surveying and mapping benchmark,eliminate geographic information differences between provinces and cities within the region,and provide consistent geographic information support for cross regional infrastructure construction,industrial layout,etc..
