摘  要:某1000 MW超超临界锅炉服役时长约8000 h,TP347H不锈钢前屏过热器发生爆管,通过对相关管段进行宏观检查、尺寸测量、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、硬度测试、金相分析、SEM及EDS分析、服役温度计算,分析其原因为管段入口节流短管内径通流面积减小,蒸汽流量偏低造成管段超温运行,材质老化发生早期失效爆管。A 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler has been in service for about 8000 hours,and the TP347H stainless steel front screen superheater experienced a tube burst.Macroscopic inspection,dimensional measurement,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,hardness testing,metallographic analysis,SEM and EDS analysis,and service temperature calculation has been conducted on the relevant tube sections.The results showed that due to the reduction of the inner diameter flow area of the tube at the inlet throttling short tube,the steam flow rate was too low,which resulted in overheating operation of the tube section and early failure and tube bursting caused by material aging.
