摘  要:变电站巡视是掌握变电站运行状态的重要手段,为优化变电站巡视周期,提出一种基于OWA(OrderedWeighted Averaging,OWA)算子和CWAA(Combination of Weighted Arithmetic Averages,CWAA)算子的巡视周期优化方法,以变电站投运年限、接线方式、上年缺陷情况、污区等级、主变布置情况、主变冷却器情况为属性集,以各专家对变电站运行状态评分为方案集,利用OWA算子计算各个方案的综合属性值,通过CWAA算子对方案综合属性进行集结,计算变电站群体属性值,根据变电站群体属性值排序择优,确定参与巡视周期优化的变电站,对排名达标的变电站进行巡视周期优化。通过某地区6座变电站进行算例验证,并与常规优化方式进行对比,验证所提方法的实用价值和有效性。Substation inspection is an important means to grasp the operation status of substations.To optimize the inspection cycle of substations,an inspection cycle optimization method based on OWA operator and CWAA operator is proposed.The attribute set includes the operation years of the substation,the wiring methods,the defects in the previous year,the pollution level,the layout of the main transformer,and the condition of the main transformer cooler.The scheme set is based on the evaluation of the operation status of the substation by various experts.The OWA operator is used to calculate the comprehensive attribute values of each scheme.The CWAA operator is used to aggregate the comprehensive attributes of the scheme and calculate the group attribute values of the substation.Substations are sorted and selected based on their group attribute values,and determine the substations that will participate in the optimization of the inspection cycle.The inspection cycle of the substations that meet the ranking standards will be optimized.The method has been verified through a case study of six substations and compared with conventional optimization methods to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the proposed method.
