摘  要:电解铝负荷具有容量大、调节速度快和热惯性大的特点,是电网中重要的调峰调频资源,本文提出了考虑联络线调控边界的区域电网虚拟电厂日前-日内优化调度模型。在日前调度阶段,考虑区域电网线路潮流约束、电源运行约束和电解铝运行约束,采用顶点“搜索-映射”的两步式算法求解区域电网联络线调控边界,将区域电网作为虚拟电厂参与大电网调峰,在谷时电价引导下增加向大电网购电功率,提升大电网负荷低谷期新能源消纳率和降低自身用电成本。在日内调度阶段,利用电解铝负荷调节速度快和热惯性大的特点,通过调整电解铝厂用电功率达到平抑区域电网内部新能源出力波动的目的,降低内部新能源出力波动造成联络线潮流与日前计划偏差幅度。最后以区域电网典型运行方式为算例验证模型的有效性。Electrolytic aluminum load has the characteristics of large capacity,fast regulation speed,and large thermal inertia,which is an important peak shaving and frequency regulation resource in the power grid.This paper proposes a day-ahead and intra-day optimization dispatching model for regional power grid virtual power plants considering the bowndary of interconnection line regulation.In the day-ahead dispatching stage,the regional power grid line power flow constraints,power supply operation constraints and electrolytic aluminum operation constraints are considered,and a two-step algorithm of vertex"search mapping"is used to solve the boundary control of regional power grid interconnection lines.The regional power grid is used as a virtual power plant to participate in peak shaving of the large power grid,which increases the purchase of electricity from the power grid under the guidance of valley electricity prices,and improves the new energy consumption rate of the power grid during low load periods,and reduces its own electricity costs.In the intra-day dispatching stage,taking advantage of the fast load adjustment speed and large thermal inertia of electrolytic aluminum,the electric power consumption of the electrolytic aluminum plant is adjusted to achieve the goal of smoothing the fluctuation of new energy output within the regional power grid,so as to reduce the deviation amplitude of the interconnection line flow caused by internal new energy output fluctuations from the day-ahead plan.Finally,the typical operation mode of regional power grid is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model.
